This warranty policy is subject to the provisions as set forth herein and is subject to the terms and conditions as attached to this document (‘Warranty Terms and Conditions’).
This warranty policy only applies if referred to in a sales agreement between RnD Products Limited and the Purchaser and it will replace the standard warranty clause provided in the RnD Products BD general terms and conditions of sale.
• Warranty period might be different for different products, for the correct Certificate please go to the specific product and look into the Additional Information tab, where the certificate can be downloaded/printed. If not there, Please email us at rnd.productsbd@gmail.com, where upon your purchase verification, we will collect from Vendor and email you the correct Certificate of Warranty.
• The warranty period starts on the date the products are delivered and the Purchaser receives those Goods.
• By default, Purchaser receives above mentioned ‘standard warranty’.
• On request, an ‘extended warranty’ or ‘customized project warranty’ can be agreed upon after evaluation of the specific application conditions.
• Purchaser shall not rely upon any other information or documentation.
• Within the warranty period, RnD Products Limited will replace any defective Product or Products with equal working model in the same conditions or better.
• This warranty policy is valid only for products sold within the areas of BANGLADESH ONLY.
• Products have to be purchased directly from RnD Products Limited Website of https://rndproductsbd.com/.
• Proof of purchase is available for inspection by RnD Products BD Team.
• Products have been properly installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• A RnD Products BD Warranty Official will have access to the defective Products. He or She will inspect the claimed defective Product, if only found Defective, only then if it is within the Warranty Period, RnD Products will replace with equal working model in the same conditions or better.
• If the Products or other parts become suspect, the representative shall have the right to invite other manufacturers’ representatives or the vendor’s representative to evaluate the defective claimed products.
• Labor Charges for installation of the Replaced Products are not covered under this warranty. In such a situation, if a replacement is authorised, the installation charge has to be again paid by the Purchaser.
